1. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule your appointment within the allowed time frame (see below), the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. However, cancellations made outside the allowed window or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you have to cancel outside the 48hours

2. Cancellation/Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24-48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation fee will apply. If time allows, the service may be adjusted to fit within the remaining time.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After two no-shows, future appointments will require full prepayment.

5. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out if there’s a true emergency, and we can work together on a solution.

6. Payment of Fees

All cancellation fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.

7. Confirmation Policy

Appointment confirmations are sent via text/email. If the appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours, it may be canceled at my discretion.
