Updated Cancellation Policy effective 1/1/22:
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Given the current conditions that we live in, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
For all holiday services booked, we will require a deposit at time of booking.
Cancellations less then 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the service. We apologize for this inconvenience, we are a small business and appointment slots around the holidays are scarce and our time is limited. Out of respect for our other clients, we thank you for your cooperation.
