Updated Cancellation Policy Effective 6/15/23:
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Due to the growth of our business and the current economic conditions that we live in, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
For all holiday services booked, we will require a deposit at time of booking.
Cancellations less than 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service. We apologize for this inconvenience, we are a small business and appointment slots are scarce and our time is limited, out of respect for our entire clientele, we thank you for your cooperation.
